Create 'own server' ~Owner Says You May Lock This~

Does anybody here know how to create a forum host or server?

Like myfreeforum (or myfanforum etc) I was looking to try and make my own forum on my own server, then I can install my own hacks and things that some forums wont install.... I know it sounds complicated and I'm not sure how this will work, but if anybody knows what I mean please reply.
